By using Klarrity, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Klarrity is a Chrome extension that generates flashcards from highlighted text on web pages. The service includes:

• Text-to-flashcard conversion
• Export to various formats (Anki, Quizlet, Notion, Obsidian)
• Cloud sync and history

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly
• Cancel anytime from your account settings
• Refunds handled on a case-by-case basis
• Prices may change with 30 days notice

You agree not to:

• Use the service for illegal purposes
• Attempt to bypass rate limits or abuse the API
• Reverse engineer or copy the service
• Share your account credentials

You retain ownership of any content you create using Klarrity. We don't claim rights to your flashcards or exported content.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or any damages arising from use of the service.

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms. Major changes will be communicated via email.
